1. Introduction

JunkoraGo ("we," "our," or "us") is a file cleaning application that helps users scan their devices to identify and remove unnecessary data such as advertising cache, old APK files, residual files, and temporary data. Users may choose which categories of data to remove in order to free up storage space and reduce system load.

JunkoraGo respects user privacy. Core file scanning and cleaning operations are performed entirely on the user's device, and JunkoraGo does not collect personal data for these core functions.

This document explains how data is handled, the user's rights, and the terms governing use of the JunkoraGo application.

2. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer responsible for overseeing compliance with data protection laws.

Users may contact the DPO regarding any privacy-related questions, requests, or complaints.

3. Data We Process

3.1 Local Processing

The following data is processed only on the user's device and is not transmitted to us:

• Advertising cache
• Old APK installation files
• Residual files
• Temporary system files

This data is deleted immediately after the user initiates a cleaning action.

3.2 Limited Data via Third Parties

If enabled, certain limited information may be processed by third-party platforms as described in Section 4.

4. Third-Party Platforms

JunkoraGo may integrate third-party services to support analytics, attribution, aggregation, and app stability. These services operate under their own privacy policies.

4.1 Attribution Platforms

• Used to understand how users discover JunkoraGo (e.g., install source).
• Data processed may include non-identifiable device or campaign information.

4.2 Data Analysis Platforms

• Used to analyze general usage patterns and improve app quality.
• Data is aggregated and not used to directly identify users.

4.3 Firebase (Google LLC)

• Firebase may be used for analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Firebase processes limited technical data such as device information and app events.

4.4 Aggregation Platforms (Important Disclosure)

JunkoraGo may use aggregation platforms that collect information about "Installed apps" on the device.

• Purpose: Advertising or marketing
• Data type: Installed apps information
• Use: To support ad aggregation, audience measurement, and marketing-related insights

Users are informed that this data collection occurs only if such third-party services are enabled and is subject to the user's opt-out rights described below.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data based on the following legal grounds:

• Performance of a contract: To provide the app functionality requested by the user
• Legitimate interests: To maintain app security, stability, and improvement
• User consent: For analytics, attribution, aggregation, or advertising-related processing

Users may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Data Retention

• Locally processed files: Deleted immediately after the cleaning operation
• Analytics, attribution, aggregation data: Retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, generally no longer than 12 months
• User communications: Retained only for the duration needed to resolve the request

When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized.

7. User Choices: Opt-Out of Sharing or Sale

Users may choose not to allow sharing or selling of their personal data by:

• Disabling analytics, attribution, or aggregation features in the app settings (if available)
• Contacting the DPO with a request titled "Do Not Share or Sell My Personal Data"

We will process such requests in accordance with applicable laws.

8. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have the following rights:

• Right to access: Request access to personal data we hold
• Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to deletion: Request deletion of personal data
• Right to know data sharing: Request information on whether data is shared
• Right to know data sale: Request information on whether data is sold
• Right to opt out: Opt out of data sharing or sale
• Right to complain: Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

Requests can be submitted by contacting the DPO.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

All core file operations are performed locally on the device.

10. International Data Transfers

If data is processed outside the user's country (for example, through Firebase or aggregation platforms), appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are applied.

11. Complaints

Users may file a complaint with their local data protection authority if they believe their rights have been violated. We encourage users to contact the DPO first so we can address concerns directly.

12. License Grant

JunkoraGo grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

13. Restrictions

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for unlawful or deceptive purposes
• Redistribute or sublicense the app

14. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in JunkoraGo remain the exclusive property of JunkoraGo and its licensors.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the user violates this agreement. Upon termination, the user must stop using and uninstall the app.

16. Disclaimer

JunkoraGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Users are responsible for reviewing files before deletion.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JunkoraGo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

18. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy and EULA from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
